Matcha Ice Cream


Ingredients:

* 2 egg yolks
* 50 grams of sugar
* 200 ml milk
* 1 tablespoon of green tea powder
* 100 ml of whipped cream

Preparation:

1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar. Add milk and mix. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened slightly.
2. Dissolve the matcha in a little hot water and add into the mixture. Mix well.
3. Add the whipped cream, mix and put in the fridge, mixing it every few minutes.

Yield: 2 ~ 3 servings
